What do we offer?
We offer corporate wellbeing programmes which address key dimensions of health and wellbeing such as nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep and physical activity. Our programmes are designed to support your wellbeing strategy and needs. It can be anything from a one-off seminar or a wellbeing day, to a one-to-one coaching session or a tailor-made programme. Our end to end programme includes the assessment of employees’ wellbeing needs, identification of key focus areas and KPIs, full programme definition, management and evaluation.

Our aim is to empower individuals to become more resilient and healthy.
The founder Angela Goutkin worked in Financial Services as a Management Consultant for over 20 years prior to retraining in nutrition.
